CNS 2015 Prague: Poster Presentation Guide

Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below: Gross dimensions: 200 cm x 103 cm Net dimensions: 180 cm x 97 cm - The panel is covered from both sides by a grey carpet. - To ensure good legibility of the poster, we recommend portrait orientation and a maximum size of 97 cm in width and 180 cm in length. - Fixing material (pins and stickers) will be available in the posters area.

For those who wish to print their poster in Prague: we recommend the service http://www.poster24.cz (choose English in the upper left corner of the site). The poster files can be submitted through the online form or through e-mail ([email protected]). The printed poster can be picked up at the Zizkov branch (see contact info at http://www.poster24.cz/cz/10168-kontakt.html), which is located 200 meters from the conference venue. Pricing: for A0 size, see price list at http://www.poster24.cz/en/10200-postery-na-konference.html. For 97 cm x 180 cm size, the price is 700 CZK (30 USD) on 90g paper, 875 CZK (38 USD) on 120g paper. You can also bring the files directly to the Zizkov branch and get the poster printed within 30 hours; in case of urgent need, the Dejvice branch (subway stop "Dejvicka") will print posters while-you-wait.
