CNS*2010 - Registration Fees

Registration fees

Different rates are charged for Students, Postdocs, and Faculty (and others).
Early registration ends May 15th, 2010, 11pm US Pacific time.
Afterward late registration fees are charged.

Student rates:
Main meeting + workshops (MM+WS): 300 USD (late registration: 350 USD)
Main meeting only: 230 USD (late registration: 280 USD)
Workshops only: 160 USD (late registration: 210 USD)
Workshops (only 1 day): 125 USD
Tutorials: 75 USD (late registration: 100 USD)

Postdoc rates:
Main meeting + workshops (MM+WS): 400 USD (late registration: 475 USD)
Main meeting only: 290 USD (late registration: 365 USD)
Workshops only: 200 USD (late registration: 250 USD)
Workshops (only 1 day): 150 USD
Tutorials: 100 USD (late registration: 125 USD)

Faculty and others:
Main meeting + workshops (MM+WS): 575 USD (late registration: 650 USD)
Main meeting only: 475 USD (late registration: 575 USD)
Workshops only: 300 USD (late registration: 375 USD)
Workshops (only 1 day): 225 USD
Tutorials: 125 USD (late registration: 150 USD)

Additional banquet ticket: 50 USD
Note that 1 ticket for registrant attending main meeting is included in the registration fee.

T-shirt (on-line ordering only available till May 14, 2010): 15 USD
Note that the fees must be paid and size identified on registration to receive the T-shirt(s). Limited quantities will be available on-site. These fees will not be refunded.

Fees for accepted abstract publication in supplement to BMC Neuroscience are covered by OCNS through the main registration fees.

Payment

By credit card, cheque or wire transfer in US dollars. Note that you need to add an additional 20 USD fee per wire transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration/Optional Fees:
90% refund if cancelled by June 1st, 2010.
80% refund if cancelled June1st through June 19th, 2010
No refund if cancelled on or after June 20th, 2010.
