If you are planning to attend the CNS*2009 Meeting in Berlin, adequate time should be allowed for processing visa applications. Applicants should
initiate the process as early in their travel plans as possible. Information regarding German visa policies is available online at:

OCNS does not get directly involved in the visa application process. However, if your paper has been accepted and you require a letter of
invitation in order to attend the CNS*2009 Meeting, send e-mail to travel@cnsorg.org .
