Registration/Sponsorship/Optional & Merchandise fees for CNS*2009:

(TUT: Tutorials; MM: main meeting; WS: workshop and minisymposium; SWS: single-day workshop)

a) Tutorials (TUT only) (includes lunch; Tutorial fees are in addition to all other attendance fees)

Optional & Merchandise fees (in US dollars):
Additional cruise & dinner ticket for guests (1 ticket for registrant attending main meeting is included in registration fee): $70.00

T-shirt (on-line ordering only available till May 14, 2009): $15.00
(FEES MUST BE PAID and SIZE IDENTIFIED ON REGISTRATION TO RECEIVE T-SHIRT); Limited quantities will be available on-site; These fees will not be refunded. See T-shirt design [PDF].

Fees for accepted abstract publication in supplement to BMC Neuroscience are covered by OCNS through the main registration fees.


Sponsors

Sponsors (for further information email: sponsorship@cnsorg.org) Sponsors are able to deduct the sponsorship amounts except as noted below as per US Tax laws. The Organization for Computational Neurosciences, Inc. is a US non-profit 501c(3) charitable organization.

Level I: $500 Sponsor name/logo appears in program and on webpage. [Fully deductible]

Level II: $1200 Sponsor name/logo appears in program and on webpage. Sponsor can provide a leaflet that will be placed on a table at or near the meeting entrance for the attendees to pick up. [$50 is non-deductible]

Level III: $2000 Sponsor name/logo appears in program and on webpage. Sponsor will be provided with a small booth (has to be carefully planned with local coordinator) for the duration of the meeting. Sponsor will be provided with one name tag/registration which gives access to the main meeting, banquet and workshops. Contact local coordinator local@cnsorg.org with request for booth and with name of sponsor registrant. Information and a logo to be posted on the website and in the program should be emailed to cns@cnsorg.org [$300 is non-deductible].

Level IV: $3000 Sponsor name/logo appears in program, on webpage and in the main meeting room. Sponsor will be provided with a large booth (or can provide their own booth layout) for the duration of the meeting. Sponsor will be provided with two name tags/registrations which gives access to the main meeting, banquet and workshops. Contact local coordinator local@cnsorg.org with request for booth and with names of sponsor registrants. Information and a logo to be posted on the website and in the program should be emailed to cns@cnsorg.org. [$500 is non-deductible].

Payment: By credit card, cheque, or wire transfer in US dollars.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Registration/Sponsorship/Optional Fees:

90% refund if cancelled by June 1st, 2009.
80% refund if cancelled June1st through June 19th, 2009
No refund if cancelled on or after June 20th, 2009.


Payment Instructions:

Registration and other fees can be paid by credit card (preferred) or cheque in US dollars or at event registration site.
Sponsorship fees can be paid by cheque in US dollars or credit-card.

Cheque payments (by mail):
I acknowledge that early registration closes on May 15, 2009 and mailed cheques must be postmarked on or before May 15st.
Cheque registrations will be marked "Invoiced" and a balance will be due. Confirmation of registration and "Receipt" of fees will be acknowledged by email after the organization has received and cleared the cheque.

An email identifying the registrant(s) and the date that the cheque was put in the mail should be sent to treasurer@cnsorg.org
